Red Dot Sight, C-More RTS2 V5

In addition to all the standard features and benefits of the smaller,more compact C-More RTS2 scope, the Version 5 (V5) model offers hardened electronics that provide increased reliability as well as a new Motion Sensing System (MSS). The MSS will power down the dot to standby mode to save battery life when no motion or vibration is detected for three minutes. The dot will power on immediately when motion or vibration has been detected. A 10-position manually operated push button switch provides precision intensity adjustment, previous intensity return, and auto off after four hours of inactivity.

The RTS2 head up display provides an unobstructed sight picture in which the red dot hovers on the sight line illuminating the point of impact on the target, thus creating faster target acquisition.  Similarly it uses a beam-splitter lens made of glass which has been hard coated for maximum scratch resistance and light transmission.  The parallax free design enables targets to be acquired without the need to center the dot in the lens.  Compared to the traditional C-More scope, the RTS2 is about 3 ounces lighter in weight which makes movement from target to target quicker.  When used with the Brazos Custom Slipstream RTS2 Mount it sits lower on the gun and closer to the bore.  This mounting position does not interfere with the ejection port and eliminates the need for a blast shield.  The RTS2 uses a CR2032 lithium battery that is contained within a removable battery tray.  You remove the tray and replace the battery without removing the sight and having to re-zero.  The RTS2 aircraft alloy housing and electronics are designed to handle the hottest loads.  The sight has click adjustments for windage and elevation that lock in place with a positive locking screw.   

The ultra-bright red dot is available in 3, 6, 8, 10, or 12 MOA.  Please note that these dot modules are not replaceable or interchangeable in size.  The RTS2 comes standard with a protective sight cover, an installed CR2032 battery, a sight adjustment wrench, and an instruction manual.
